Your Fresh Start” Alexandra Grace Scott “Everyday is a New Beginning”

As a fellow traveler on the road of life, “Your Fresh Start” was written from my heart to yours. You have survived some of most difficult challenges in life, and it’s my desire to help you. Your personal challenges may have left you defeated, discouraged, and in despair. I want you to know that I care.
Who am I and why am I sharing this? Years ago, I found myself with two children, divorced, experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder, with little money, a health challenge, and a bleak future. I knew that to move forward I had to rally myself, I needed to make some changes. I called these changes The Seven Healing Choices.

My aim is to help you find the power of CHOICE that exists within you. These Seven Healing Choices have been tested and proven to work – by me and many others faced with homelessness and severe hardships. These Seven Healing Choices will help you to experience peace in a better life. These are gentle shifts you can make through your ability to choose.
